In consideration of the extension of credit to me for a 30-day charge account payable on or before the end of the month following the date of purchase, I agree to pay all bills promptly when due. If not paid in full when due, the account becomes delinquent and the purchasing company agrees to pay a finance charge computed by a single periodic rate of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, and shall be charged against previous balance after deducting current payment and credits. If account is referred to attorney for collection, I agree to pay attorney's fees in addition to Court costs.
